What if a tool you recommend doesn't fit my stack?

Open the advisor and ask. Each plan is structured around outcomes (e.g., 'transcribe podcasts → repurpose into posts'); the tool choice is a suggestion based on what you already use. The advisor can swap in your preferred tool and rewrite the steps.

Can my team use the playbook?

Yes. The interactive HTML download contains every plan and can be opened by anyone you share it with. The license is for one business — please don't redistribute publicly. Each download is watermarked with your name and email.

Is my business data secure?

We collect your name, email, and discovery answers. They're stored on encrypted infrastructure, processed by AI strictly to build your playbook (never used for model training), and protected by one-time email codes for sign-in. We don't sell your data and don't send marketing emails.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No. Because the full playbook is generated and visible to you within minutes of purchase, all sales are final. If you have a billing dispute, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you in good faith.
