Welcome to Augment Playbook (the "Service," "we," "our," "us"). By using augmentplaybook.com and purchasing a playbook, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service generates a custom AI implementation playbook for your small business based on the answers you give during discovery. Each paid playbook unlocks all step-by-step plans, a downloadable interactive HTML copy, and chat access to an AI advisor for a defined period (60 days included with purchase, extendable separately).
We don't use passwords. Access is tied to the email address you provided at signup, plus one-time codes we email you when you sign in from a new device or browser. Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to it can request codes and view your playbook.
You may not share access to your playbook with people outside your business. Each purchase is a single-business license. Bulk forwarding, reselling, or republishing the playbook content is prohibited.
The base playbook is a one-time payment of $399 (USD), handled by a third-party payment processor. Paid playbooks are stored indefinitely and remain accessible to you. Unpaid playbooks expire 30 days after creation and are deleted automatically.
Advisor extensions are sold separately: +60 days for $79 or +1 year for $199. Each extension grants a fresh per-period message budget. Daily message caps apply to all tiers and are described in-product.
All sales are final. Because the playbook is generated immediately on purchase and is fully visible to you within minutes, we do not offer refunds. If you have a billing dispute or believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you in good faith.
You agree not to abuse the Service, including: automating large numbers of submissions, attempting to extract proprietary prompts or code, attempting to bypass paywalls or rate limits, using the Service to generate content that violates the acceptable-use policies of the providers whose technology powers the Service, or impersonating others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The playbook content we generate for you — the plans, the recommendations, the advice — is yours to use in your business however you see fit. We retain ownership of the Service itself: the discovery questions, the prompt templates, the underlying code, the brand, and the website design.
You grant us a limited license to use the discovery answers you provide for the sole purpose of generating your playbook and (in anonymized, aggregated form) improving the Service.
The Service produces strategic and operational suggestions, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You're responsible for evaluating whether each suggestion is appropriate for your business and complying with applicable laws and contracts when implementing them.
We aim to keep the Service available but make no uptime guarantees. We may make changes, fix bugs, or take the Service offline temporarily for maintenance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
